Who can sign up?
Anyone: individuals, families & companies. All ages are eligible; those with active Medicare or Medicaid have some additional considerations per government regulations. Give us a call and we're happy to walk through your specific situation.
Do you accept my health insurance?
Legacy primarily operates outside of traditional health insurance for our own services, contracting directly with individuals or employers. We're happy to work with any insurance you carry for outside referrals, labs, imaging or hospitalizations.
Why can't you bill my health insurance?
By contracting directly, we avoid the roadblocks and inefficiencies of the insurance system, freeing up more of our time and resources to be dedicated to your personal healthcare.
If I sign up for a membership, do I still need insurance?
While membership may cover 80–90% of the typical person's healthcare needs, we encourage every member to also carry a high deductible plan or medical cost sharing option, for the rare catastrophic event outside primary care.
What happens if I need specialized care?
If you require a specialty referral, outside tests, or hospital care, our care team will assist in coordinating all outside care on your behalf, start to finish.
How can I message my doctor?
Our patient portal allows for seamless communication with your care team: secure email and text messages, video telemedicine visits, and phone access to your provider, 24/7.
How much does it cost?
